Frederick Aldrich, Horn, is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music where he studied with Richard Mackey. During his studies he was a member of its Scholarship Wind Quintet. Fred has performed with the Boston Symphony, Boston Pops, Boston Ballet, Boston Lyric Opera and the Philharmonia Hungarica. On period instruments he has performed with the Handel and Haydn Society, Boston Baroque and the Aston Magna Music Festival. Fred also serves on the music faculties of Wellesley College and Brandeis University.
