Johnny Weizenecker, violin, is an active musician in the Berkshire Opera Festival Orchestra, Symphony in C, and the Gettysburg Chamber Orchestra. Other appearances include the Albany Symphony, Kollective366, Long Island Symphonic Choral Association, York Symphony Orchestra, Baroquelyn, and the College Light Opera Company. A fellow at the National Orchestral Institute + Festival for the last three summers, he has also participated in chamber and orchestral festivals in Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland. Johnny earned his bachelor’s at Gettysburg College, a student of Rebecca Henry and Yeon-Su Kim, and his master’s from Rutgers University under Carmit Zori. In the interval between diplomas, Johnny also studied privately with Linda Sinanian.
