Mariusz Skula

Cello

Mariusz Skula, Cello, began his musical education in his native Poland.  He graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw and Yale University, where he studied with Aldo Parisot.  As Principal Cellist of the Polish Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, he toured Europe, recorded CDs and made radio and television broadcasts.  Mr. Skula has participated in several international music festivals.  A founding member of the Bel-Etre ensemble and Fedora Piano Trip, he was also a founding member and principal cellist of the Connecticut Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra.  He is currently a member of New Haven Symphony Orchestra and Hartford Symphony Orchestra.
