Joseph Foley is also trumpet principal of the Portland Symphony, Rhode Island Philharmonic & River Oaks Chamber Orchestra.  Joseph has toured China as Guest Principal Trumpet of the Pacific Symphony.  He has also performed with the Boston Pops, Boston Symphony, Metropolitan Opera, New York Philharmonic, & the Royal Ballet of London.  He is Professor of Trumpet at Rhode Island College, and serves on the trumpet faculty of Boston Conservatory & the New England Conservatory Preparatory Division.  He is a native of Concord, NH, receiving both Bachelor’s & Masters of Music degrees at BU.
